Lake Travis

One of the most beautiful lakes in the country, Lake Travis is rated as the top third destination for scuba diving and water-sports in the US. Lake Overlook

The Waterfront at Lakeway will feature a landscaped Overlook Park located at the end of Lake Estate Drive on Waterfront Avenue. This park provides residents a spectacular view of the open waters of Lake Travis and incredible sunsets.

Private Streets

Streets in the Waterfront at Lakeway are private. They are owned and maintained by the subdivision homeowners' association, Lakeway II Community Association, Inc.

Utility Service

Water and Wastewater is provided by the Lakeway Municipal Utility District. Electricity is furnished by Pedernales Electric Cooperative.

Telecommunications

High Speed Internet/Cable and Phone is provided by Time Warner. Phone service is provided by SBC. Each site has access for multiple high-speed telephone lines as necessary to provide expanded communication capacity. The cable distribution network utilizes fiber optics in order to provide clear broadband transmission and reception.
